Toss Payments (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provides customers' personal information to a third party and transmits it abroad for the purpose of providing electronic financial transaction services, as follows.

• When the electronic payment service is used, personal information is encoded with a secure server and is immediately transmitted to a server of the data recipient through the information network.

5. Purpose of using personal information

• Providing the electronic payment services by Paypal
• Providing, operating, and improving the Paypal service

6. Periods of retaining and use personal information

In principle, personal information is destroyed immediately once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, but it is retained for the period prescribed below if it needs to be retained under the relevant law, or the internal policy of the Company.

7. A user has the right to refuse consent to the provision of personal information to a third party and transmission of personal information overseas, but if a user refuses consent to the processing of personal information, the use of the electronic payment service may be limited.
