Toss Payments (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is making its best efforts to protect the rights and interests of users by complying with the relevant laws such as the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and the Personal (Credit) Information Protection Act.

The company provides personal (credit) information collected for the provision of electronic payment services to a third party, as follows.

※ The Company provides personal information to a third party for the above purposes and does not provide it to a third party other than the agreed purpose.

2. Periods of retaining and use personal (credit) information of the recipient

In principle, personal information shall be destroyed without delay when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. However, if there are special provisions in other laws and regulations, they shall be held for the period prescribed by the relevant laws and regulations.

3. Users have the right to refuse to consent to the provision of personal (credit) information by the Company to a third party,

but if the user refuses to consent to the providing of personal (credit) information, the use of electronic payment services may be restricted.
