Toss Payments (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") transfers customers' personal (Credit) information overseas for the purpose of providing electronic financial transaction services by global payments method, as follows.

1. Items of personal (Credit) information transmitted overseas

  • purchased items, payment amounts, currency
  • [Optional] name, e-mail

2. Time and method of data transmission

  • When the electronic payment service is used, personal information is encoded with a secure server and is immediately transmitted to a server of the data recipient through the information network.

In principle, personal (Credit) information is destroyed immediately once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, but it is retained for the period prescribed below if it needs to be retained under the relevant law, or the internal policy of the Company.
